School Description

INTO Glasgow Caledonian University (INTO GCU) works with Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) to provide specialist academic pathway programs for international students. Helping students prepare for their bachelors and masters UK university degrees, these programs feature subject-specific modules as well as modules dedicated to the English language. If students don’t meet the English or academic requirements for direct entry to the University, INTO GCU helps them achieve this.

Combining preparation studies with a bachelors or masters degree in a single study plan, students can also choose to progress from their preparation year directly to a degree program at GCU. The University offers a wide range of industry-lead degrees, including Biomedical Science, Cyber Security and Networks, Electrical Power Engineering, International Business, Optometry, and Real Estate.

INTO GCU aims to integrate international students into the GCU community as much as possible, so the INTO Centre shares building space with other University facilities. In the Centre, students will find classrooms equipped with the latest learning technology, support services and areas to unwind. INTO GCU students can choose from a variety of accommodation options, located a few minutes’ walk from the INTO Centre. They also have access to the University’s facilities, including the Saltire Centre.
