Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) has a long history dating back to 1887. Today the Institute is one of the largest in Ireland, representing 10% of all higher education students in the country.

Today, Dublin Institute of Technology is reputed as one of the largest higher education institutions in Ireland. Dublin Institute of Technology offers international foundation programmes with a wide range of core electives to choose from such as Physics and Engineering, Business and Management, Accounting and Economics, Computer Sciences and more. Dublin Institute of Technology has over 20,000 students enrolled that come from countries from all over the world. In fact, almost 20% of the student body comes from outside Ireland. The institute has six campuses across the city center, and they offer many services to students that includes cycling facilities, clubs, societies and avenues to participate in extra-curricular activities.

    EUR 10,500 Tuition Fee

    The International Foundation Programme (IFP)in English is a one year programme run by the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT). It has been developed for international students who need language and/or academic preparation for further study on undergraduate programmes in Ireland. Upon successful completion of the programme and International Foundation Certificate ( Special Purpose Award, Level 6, 60 ECTS Credits) will be awarded by DIT and you will be guaranteed a place on your undergraduate programme of choice at DIT.
