School Description

Sprott Shaw College was established in the year 1903 when Robert James Sprott formed alliance with William Henry Shaw of Shaw Colleges to start the first Sprott Shaw school named Vancouver Business Institute. Sprott Shaw College's Victoria campus was opened in the year 1913 and ever since it has been in operation. Sprott Shaw College grew to become one of the largest career college's in British Columbia during 1990's under the leadership of Dean Duperron.

Today, Sprott Shaw College has expanded its network across the province of British Columbia through its 16 campuses in various locations. Sprott Shaw College provides over 100 top accredited, respected and relevant diploma programmes in the field of Business, Tourism, Health Care, Nursing and International studies. Sprott Shaw College programmes are widely recognized locally and globally. All of the Sprott Shaw College campuses host variety of special events like Student Appreciation Days, Assemblies, Orientation Days, Themed Days etc throughout the academic year.
