New Brunswick Community College was founded in the year 1974 in New Brunswick, Canada. New Brunswick Community College has adopted a self-governance model with the proclamation of the New Brunswick Community Colleges Act from 2010 onwards. NBCC is now an autonomous Crown corporation whereby the President and CEO of the College reports to an elected Board of Governors.
Today, New Brunswick Community College is recognized as a collaborative, learner-centered college helping towards the economic and creative welfare of New Brnswick province through applied learning. New Brunswick Community College offers about 90 programmes leading to career centric diplomas and professional certificates in a wIde array of disciplines through its six campuses. NBCC is home to more than 3,500 full-time students and its international student population has reached a count of more than 90 students. NBCC students are offered an inclusive class setting which ensures that every student receives personalized attention.
