Langara College - Diploma

Langara College is a public degree and diploma granting higher education institute located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Langara College offers diploma programmes and professional certificates through its faculty of Arts, Business, Science and Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences and Health. Langara is one of only three Colleges in British Columbia to receive accreditation status from The Canadian Association for Co-operative Education (CAFCE).

School Description

Langara College was initially started in the year 1965 as part of the Vancouver Community College. In the year 1970, the college opened its West 49th Avenue campus. Langara College was established as an independent public college under the Provincial College and Institute Act in the year 1994.

Today, Langara College is one of British Columbia's leading undergraduate institution offering University Studies, Career Studies, and Continuing Studies programs. Langara College offers bachelor's degree programmes, diplomas and certificate courses through its faculties such as Arts, Business, Science and Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences and Health. Langara College annually enrolls more than 21,000 students and its international students represent about 99 countries from around the world.
