      • Testimony
        2013-2016, Environmental Biology

The Professors go out of their way to help you on your chosen career path. If your interested in the sciences this is the school to go to with so many Professors that are highly respected in their fields you get the most up to date and useful information available.

      • Testimony
        1980-1982, Bachelor in Science

I appreciate our natural resources and environment every minute of every day. I appreciate also professors and fellow students that reinforced the importance of the resources and how they connect with each and every facet of our day-to-day lives. I continue to support ESF every way I can. I am honored to serve on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. My proudest moment related to ESF however is when our daughter proclaimed she wanted to go to SUNY ESF! She is entering her junior year in the Environmental Studies curriculum. As one of the newest ESF community members, I am certain that she will gain the same high-level education and support that we are accustomed to from ESF.

      • Testimony
        1993-1995, Master of Science

Obtaining my MS of Environmental Science (emphasis on environmental land use planning) at SUNY ESF was a fantastic educational experience. I had the opportunity to work with and learn from an amazing array of environmental science and forestry professionals and even more importantly, I was allowed to truly tailor my class choices to what I wanted to focus on, not a pre-set list of requirements that dominated my schedule. This meant I was able to choose courses that I felt would best prepare me for a career in environmental science. Consequently, I loved every course and excelled at all of them. This is hands down, a top-notch school with professors that love what they teach, and have fantastic life experience to bring to the classroom.
