Royal Academy of Culinary Arts - Bachelor's Degree

Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, is a non-profit private Jordanian associate university college affiliated with les Roches International School of Hotel Management. The Institute offers a two-year diploma in Culinary Arts which is accredited through les Roches by NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges) and its commission on higher education as a teach-out campus.

Royal Academy of Culinary Arts offers its students a broad range of courses covering the interrelated areas of the culinary industry. It combines theoretical and practical study, craft-based learning and internships in recognised hotels, restaurants or related institutions.

Graduates of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts/Affiliate of les Roches develop competencies in a range of technical, organisational and administrative skills that allow them to progress through the ranks of the culinary management hierarchy. The Institute strives to promote an awareness and understanding of international culinary practices and encourage students to work together in a team to improve interpersonal skills.
