School Description

Georgia State University (GSU) has a student body of over 51, 000 from more than 145 countries. The university offers bachelor's degree programs across its 100 fields of study which includes nursing and health, arts and sciences, education, law, business, and a school that focuses on introducing students to their chosen discipline. GSU is dedicated to carrying out research in its centers and institutes. The degree-seeking students can get involved in research and present their work at the annual Undergraduate Research Conference. Housing options at GSU range from traditional residence halls, Greek housing sorority or fraternity, or an intimate Living-Learning Community with like-minded peers. All housing options provide free Wi-Fi, cable, internet, and laundry services to the students. A number of campus services and facilities are made available to students such as health services, libraries, tutoring, security services and many more. Also, there are more than 400 student organizations for students to get involved in.
